Sign in to Nara
On the helper's page, with the email and password you use in Nara. They go straight to Nara, not to us.
Save your file
Your browser downloads your photos, then builds one .ours file with your whole history and every photo it could reach.
Open it in Ours
On your phone, open the file with Ours. You'll see what's inside before anything is added, and your photos stay on your phone.
Private by design
Your family's history goes from Nara to you
- Your sign-in goes straight to Nara's own sign-in service, and is cleared when you're done.
- Your history and photos come straight to your device. Nothing passes through Ours: no entries, no names, no photos.
- The helper has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads nothing from anywhere else.
- If something goes wrong, the helper sends us a short error report without your sign-in, names or photos: which step failed, the browser, and counts.
- Send it to your phone over your Wi-Fi: the file goes straight from your computer to your phone. Only a short pairing note passes through Ours, deleted within 10 minutes.
- It only reads. Nothing in your Nara account changes.
Before you start
Photos need a computer. The photo step needs your Downloads folder, and phone and tablet browsers can't open it. On a phone, the helper saves your history without photos.
Give it time. A big photo library takes a while. Keep the page open and your computer awake.
Email and password accounts only. If you sign in to Nara with Apple or Google, the helper can't reach your account.
Big library? It may save as more than one file. Open each one in Ours; the photos join the right entries.
Tidy up after. Once your file is safe, you can delete the encrypted photo downloads the helper used. Keep the .ours file.

Questions
Is this made by Nara?
No. It's an unofficial helper made by Ours. It uses your own Nara account to read your own history, the same way the Nara app does.
Do you see my password?
No. This page sends your email and password straight to Nara's sign-in service, from your browser. Ours never receives them, and they're cleared when you're done.
Does it change anything in Nara?
No. It only reads. Your Nara account, history and photos stay exactly as they are.
Do I need an Ours account?
No. You can use the helper first, and open the file in Ours whenever you're ready.
What if some photos are missing?
The helper tells you how many it couldn't reach and lists them in a photo report inside the file. Everything else is saved.
My Nara account uses Apple or Google to sign in.
The helper can only sign in with an email and password, so it can't reach accounts that use Apple or Google sign-in.
Can I keep the file as a backup?
Yes. It's yours: your full Nara history and photos in one file. Keep it somewhere you trust, because it holds your family's history.
Does it work with twins, or more than one family?
Yes. Every child and every family on your Nara account is saved, and Ours lets you match each one when you open the file.
